Been grinding solo matches for about three weeks now and finally broke into Gold today. Wanted to say this practice mode is honestly the reason my real interviews got so much smoother. The scoring feels harsh at first but it forces you to actually structure your answers instead of rambling. Anyone else notice their real interview nerves go down after enough reps here?

Congrats! Same thing happened to me. I used to freeze up on behavioral questions and now I barely think about it, the structure just comes out automatically.
