Cancellations and refunds

Last updated 21 August 2026

Cancelling

You can cancel any Iteration subscription — Sprint Pass, Pro, or Ultra — at any time through the Stripe Billing Portal in your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. Access remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for, and allowances are not pro-rated within that period.

Sprint Pass renews weekly, so cancel before the next weekly renewal date if you do not want to be charged again. Cancelling does not delete your account or your data; you can do that separately from account settings.

Refund requests

If you believe you were charged in error, were charged after cancelling, or the service was not supplied as promised, email us with your account email address and the payment date. We aim to respond within five business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, and usually appear within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in Australia, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including a right to a remedy if a service is not supplied with due care and skill or is not fit for its stated purpose. We assess every request against those guarantees. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital services. Because Iteration gives you access immediately, starting to use a paid plan within that period means you ask us to begin supply straight away and acknowledge that you lose the automatic right to withdraw once supply has begun. This does not affect your rights if the service is faulty or not as described.
