Privacy Policy
Iteration handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply. This policy explains how we handle the account and interview information you provide.
Information we collect
We collect your account email, interview transcripts or notes, debrief reports, subscription status, and basic service diagnostics. Stripe processes payment details; Iteration does not store full card numbers.
Peer practice
For an invite-only mock interview, we store the session setup, invited email, mutual feedback, recorded consent, and report or safety information needed to operate the beta. Iteration does not host or record your Meet or Zoom call. Raw mock-session data is scheduled for deletion after 90 days. A candidate's debrief and transcript remain private to that candidate's account.
How we use it
We use transcript content to generate your requested debrief, operate your account, provide support, prevent misuse, and improve service reliability. Transcript content is sent to our AI provider only to perform the requested analysis. We do not sell personal information or publish your interview material.
Storage and access
Your transcripts and reports are associated with your authenticated account. Access is restricted through account authentication and database access controls. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your account information by contacting us.
Contact and complaints
For privacy questions or complaints, contact us first so we can investigate and respond. You may also have a right to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
