Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel Iteration Pro at any time through the Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access remains available until the end of the current paid period.

Trials

Cancel before the end of a trial to avoid the first monthly charge. A payment method is required to start a trial.

Refund requests

If you believe you were charged in error or the service was not supplied as promised, contact us with your account email and payment date. We assess requests fairly and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded by law.
