Terms of Service

Iteration provides interview reflection and coaching tools. It does not guarantee employment outcomes, predict hiring decisions, or replace professional legal, employment, or career advice.

Subscriptions and trials

Free accounts receive three completed debriefs each calendar month. Pro trials require a payment method and convert to the disclosed monthly price unless cancelled before the trial ends. You can manage or cancel through Stripe Billing. Any applicable taxes are shown by Stripe at checkout.

Peer practice beta

Peer practice is invite-only. You may invite only people you know and must use the session respectfully. Iteration does not host or record audio or video; do not record, share, or submit another person's content without their permission. You may report unsafe conduct in the session workspace. We may suspend access or remove session data where needed to protect users or the service.

Your content

You are responsible for ensuring you may submit any transcript or information. Do not submit confidential, unlawful, or third-party material unless you are authorised to share it.

Service availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability and generated output are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
