I think my biggest challenge is probably that I tend to take on too much at once because I have a hard time saying no to new feature requests. When stakeholders come to me with a new idea that they are excited about, I immediately start mapping out the requirements and trying to figure out how it fits into our roadmap. It is hard for me to step back and prioritize the existing workload because I want to make sure everyone feels heard and that we are capturing all the potential value for the product. I recognize that this can sometimes spread the team a bit thin, so I have been trying to use more formal documentation tools to track these requests and objectively assess them against our quarterly goals before committing to any new projects.
