Can I challenge a friend?
Yes. Challenge a friend (unrated) lets you invite someone to the same 3 questions — AI grades both answers. Guests join free on your invite. Pro includes 5 invites/month, Ultra 50/month, Sprint 5/week. Head-to-head ranked (IP on the line) is coming soon.
Can I get more free Interview Reviews?
Yes. Signed-in users can claim one bonus Interview Review per channel by posting about Iteration on Reddit or X with a link to iterationinterview.com, and get 1 more (plus a free ranked Arena battle) every time a friend they refer creates an account. Start at /rewards after you sign in.
How does the referral program work?
Every account gets a personal referral link at /rewards. When a friend creates a new Iteration account through your link, you both get 1 bonus Interview Review and 1 bonus ranked Arena battle — no limit on how many friends you can refer.
What does unlimited mean?
Create as many Interview Reviews and question rewrites as you need while your subscription or Sprint Pass is active. Ranked Arena battles are metered on Free (3/mo), Sprint (20/week), Pro (50/mo), and Ultra (100/mo), with the usual concurrent-match safeguards. Friend-challenge invites are separate: Pro 5/mo, Ultra 50/mo, Sprint 5/week.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage or cancel Pro, Ultra, or Sprint through the Stripe Billing Portal. Your access remains available through the paid period.
Will Iteration predict whether I get the job?
No. Iteration is coaching, not outcome prediction. It only interprets the evidence in your interview conversation.
How is my transcript handled?
Your transcript and Interview Review are stored with your authenticated account and are not public.
How does Hiring Suite pricing work?
Hiring Suite is pay-as-you-go, not a subscription. Buy a credit pack (A$0.50/credit) and one credit is spent each time a candidate's interview is graded — never for an invite that's never opened, and never for a technical grading failure, which is refunded automatically. Credits don't expire.
